Working Schedule: Office based. Some flexibility for hybrid

Salary: open to discussion (DOE) - will pay up and above market rate for right candidate for the business.



Great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing renewable energy development company to support the Senior Leadership Team.


The company is going through a fast period of growth working in the booming renewable energy sector (solar & storage) which will mean a varied role on day-to-day. A candidate with previous experience within a renewable energy, construction or engineering business would be desirable, although personality fit and the ability to be adaptable within a changing and growing business is vitas.



There will be an option for some flexible/hybrid work, but there is an expectation that this role will require you to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week.


About the role:

  • The core responsibility of this position is to provide support to the CEO in coordinating business meetings
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, capable of thinking innovatively.
  • Expectations include anticipating and addressing challenges in diary management and meeting arrangements with ingenuity. As the primary point of contact, you will represent the COO in various business matters.
  • We seek a dynamic individual ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the brand.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, travel arrangements
  • Coordinating business development opportunities.
  • Managing the communication as and when necessary
  • Attending meetings off site as and when needed.
  • General office management and team support for the Head Office function.
  • Processing of expenses for the director
  • Preparing draft letters and emails, creating agendas for meetings and proof reading and responding to correspondence.
  • Recording information and filing
  • Coordinating information from multiple departments
