About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our brand marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, including the production of marketing materials, event management, and campaign implementation.
  • Brand Management: Support the development and implementation of brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, including metrics such as sales lift, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
