This position allows for flexibility, including the option for remote work.
Role Overview
As a proactive individual who can navigate to uncover the most significant messages, you will implement both tactical and strategic marketing communication initiatives by producing high-quality content that resonates with target audiences across various touchpoints within Zotefoams' diverse product range.
You will engage with multiple sectors relevant to Zotefoams' core business, including aviation, space, automotive, electronics, packaging, and defense, to articulate the unique narrative of Zotefoams. This role also offers an exciting chance to support the marketing and communications needs of an innovative new product, ReZorce Circular Packaging, recognized as the world's most sustainable beverage carton, during a pivotal phase of market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design and execute campaigns that align with our strategic goals.
- Content Development: Create a diverse array of written materials, including press releases, feature articles, blogs, brochures, website content, internal communications, and e-newsletters.
- Media Relations: Develop and implement national and international trade media strategies to advance our objectives.
- Brand Promotion: Identify and pursue opportunities for speaking engagements and awards to enhance Zotefoams' visibility.
- Event Strategy: Formulate communication plans for trade shows and maximize the impact of these events.
- Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent messaging.
- Internal Engagement: Gather and create content to inform and engage employees.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in the production of market and application brochures, digital assets, and other communication materials.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, end users, colleagues, media, suppliers, partners, and influencing bodies.
- Audience Engagement: Communicate with target audiences through various channels, including phone, email, website, and social media.
- Representation: Attend and represent the company at conferences and exhibitions as needed.
- Campaign Assessment: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Marketing Qualification is preferred. Relevant degrees include marketing, communications, advertising, English, business, and management.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a B2B marketing or commercial role within an international company or specialized communications agency. Technical marketing experience is advantageous.
- Skills: Experience in trade media relations within a technical field. Ability to simplify complex technical subjects for broader audiences. Proficient in creating varied content for different channels and audiences. Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
