Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Communications Officer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting our efforts to expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our services and raise awareness of homelessness issues.
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with CAYSH's brand guidelines and effectively communicate our mission.
- Assist in the organisation and promotion of events, including fundraising activities and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Work closely with other teams within CAYSH to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
- A genuine interest in homelessness issues and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people and vulnerable adults.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems.
- Creative with an eye for detail and design.
- A full programme of internal and external training opportunities.
