SnapDragon are currently seeking motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our Sales Team and contribute towards our continued success.


We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and be a part of a team building relationships with our existing base of larger more complex customers.


  • Effectively manage and develop an existing customer base in order to exceed set targets
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or social media to introduce products/services.
  • Work closely with the wider Sales team over Teams and in person meetings to align with strategic account goals.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Team members and departments to align efforts and strategies.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and leads to the Product Development Team to help improve product offerings.
  • Prospect C suite level larger opportunities and manage relationships in larger accounts with procurement and finance heads on more complex accounts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.


Attitude:

Be self-driven with the ability to perform in an autonomous environment, results orientated with a positive attitude.


Experience:

  • Have an understanding of the principles of sales and negotiation in particular in the field of Outbound Sales.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding sales environment acting with authority.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills which you use to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
