About the role


  • Work on New business processes and best practice
  • Support the Global New Business manager
  • Work with the wider team on pitch requirements
  • Look after all the new business tools such the internal database
  • Work on completion of RFI submissions
  • Work on new and exciting marketing initiatives



About you


  • Have some experience working in an agency
  • Highly organised and likes to work on many different projects at the same time
  • Understanding and more importantly interest in the creative industry
  • Has worked / experience in agency New Business pitch process
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to include senior level
