The Role:


Collagerie is hiring a Marketplace Operations & E-commerce Coordinator to join its London-based team. As Marketplace Operations & E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for making our website a best-in-class shopping experience. You’ll oversee the website’s health, look and operational foundations. You’ll work on everything from onboarding new brand partners, publishing new collections, trading and sales reporting, overseeing customer service, and much more.


The role has a commercial and operational emphasis with the main objective of the position to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently for both our brand partners and customers. The position will be strategically focused on overall site trading and will play a key role in the planning and project management of our merchandising and trading calendar.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:


Merchandising

• Responsible for new product launches and technical brand onboarding

• Responsible for closely overseeing our merchandising software to ensure best sellers and stock quantities are optimised across the site

• Drive improvements to the site by identifying UX opportunities

• Manage the day-to-day commerce launch calendar and publishing schedules, working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible for the QA of all products on site

• Work closely with Editorial teams to suggest product inclusions in weekly Edit features


Brand Partner Relations & Customer Service

• Deliver a VIP concierge experience for our 125+ brand partners, answering queries, handling stock issues, overseeing order fulfilment and customer service. You will be supported by our remote product and customer service teams and will be responsible for overseeing the successful collaboration between teams

• Go above and beyond to maintain partner relationships and ensure internal service level agreements are met

• Use data insights to identify customer and brand partner pain points and suggest potential solutions

• Support the team in planning and reporting quarterly business reviews with brand partners

• Assist with the co-founder's daily schedules


Performance Marketing & Trade Reporting

• Support the team with launching marketing campaigns for new collections and partner launches across all activations and channels, such as influencer marketing, social media, newsletters, and offline activity

• Support the planning and execution of promotional and seasonal activity across all brand partners

• Present weekly trading presentations on overall product and brand performance, providing insight and analysis on how customers respond to our product offering

Assist wit the co-founder’s daily schedules


The person:

• 2+ years or more experience in a target driven E-commerce role

• Hands on experience working with a Shopify site is a plus

• Tech savvy, CMS proficient and a quick learner of software

• Excellent planning, communication and organisation skills, able to multitask to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workflow

• Commercially driven with a strong customer first mindset

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• An excellent eye for detail, and someone who enjoys building structures and organisation

• An entrepreneurial spirit - we’re a small team and we want everyone to feel like they can impact the business

• The successful candidate will also have an endless interest in fashion, beauty and culture, and a good understanding of Collagerie’s unique proposition in the market

• Ability to handle ambiguity and change. Start-ups are changing every day. This role will change also

This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in our Notting Hill office, and 1 day working remotely from home.
