My client is a leading eCommerce accelerator who work with some of the biggest global brands. They offer full marketplace and eCommerce management - providing a full suite of expertise.. Due to their unique stock buy model, they control the end-to-end management of their brands from shipping to site optimisation.


After acquiring a number of highly successful Health and Wellness brands they're looking for an experienced Commercial Director / CCO to manage the launch of these brands across the UK and Europe. In this role you will be identifying, strategizing, and implementing the pillars for growth across all channels. You will be leading the Go To Market strategy for not only the eCommerce channels, but also for leading retail partners.


You will be developing commercial terms with key partners, managing internal and external stakeholder agreements and have a team to support across finance, operations, and marketing - to ensure profitability of their products across Europe.


About you:

· Experience selling into beauty/ wellness focused online and offline retail channels with Amazon experience being a pre-requisite

· Scrappy SME brand experience with strong commercial acumen with experience setting up P&L arrangements and leading JBP negotiations with major beauty pure players and retailers.

· Fantastic communication skills

· Background within the beauty/ skincare category would be a preference

· Enjoys working in a start-up environment
