Role Overview:
Seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Founder to join VintClub as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Fashion, Trends, Product, and Sourcing. This role is perfect for someone with deep expertise in both men and women fashion , especially in the vintage space, and a sharp eye for trends and market opportunities. You’ll be the driving force behind our product curation, trend forecasting, and sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fashion Curation & Trend Forecasting: Lead the vision for VintClub’s product offerings by staying ahead of fashion trends, with a focus on vintage and retro styles. Curate collections that reflect both timeless classics and modern appeal.
- Product Sourcing: Develop and maintain relationships with vintage suppliers, private sellers on our platform, and other channels. Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, authentic vintage items that align with our brand values.
- Inventory & Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory management, from procurement to pricing, ensuring our selections remain fresh, unique, and in demand.
- Brand Positioning & Strategy: Collaborate closely on brand strategy, aligning product selections with brand identity, target audience, and growth plans.
- Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing: Champion our commitment to sustainability by sourcing ethically and promoting responsible fashion consumption.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in the vintage fashion industry, with a strong background in product curation, buying, or trend analysis.
- An eye for detail and a passion for vintage fashion, with the ability to spot emerging trends and curate collections that resonate with our audience.
- A strong network within the fashion and vintage clothing industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in managing operations, inventory, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills to co-lead VintClub’s growth journey.
