Job Summary:


This is a dual-focused role that combines sales, account management, and community building. Responsible for overall revenue growth of the nonprofit and higher education client vertical by helping to market TopSource Worldwide’s specialty in this sector. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations connect, share best practices, and collaborate.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Business Development (New Logos):

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential nonprofit clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.

2. Account Management (Existing Clients):

  • Serve as the primary point of commercial contact for a portfolio of existing nonprofit clients to support your growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand clients' evolving needs and work proactively to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client success and loyalty.

3. Community Building & Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to create and grow a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector.
  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among clients.
  • Create and manage online forums, social media groups, and other platforms where clients can engage with each other and with our team.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improve overall client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings.
  • Draft blogs and articles on subject matter relevant to the nonprofit sector, work with the marketing team to publish thought leadership to drive engagement and ultimately new leads
  • Develop and grow a network of other organizations and contacts supporting the nonprofit/university sector and seek ways in which to partner with them for marketing, referral, or collaborative project efforts
