Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Client Service Manager at SX3 Independent Claims Consultants. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills for data assessment, effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring client projects are delivered on time, on scope, and in budget
  • Preparing / ensuring audit template accuracy for each audit pillar project
  • Preparing / ensuring the accuracy of audit data analysis and case selection
  • Ensuring the technical expertise deployed on each project meets the needs of the scope
  • Delivery of quality assurance to the client including engagement, data, timeliness, technical content, presentation and scope delivery
  • Ensuring the accuracy of SX3 records in relation to hours scheduled / booked and costs of client projects


Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years’ claims management experience
  • End to end claims process knowledge
