The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager which is a sales position to help develop new Technology customers. Our Technology Sales team are a key investment area offering our customers exceptional access to talent and business solutions that they would not access without us.
As the demand for technologists across every sector increases relentlessly, we are actively recruiting across a variety of markets and a key focus is on building out the contract team with multiple additional Client Engagement Managers (Business Development focused). Focusing primarily on new client development, you will be actively focused on select strategic sectors with a brief to develop relationships and achieve budgeted revenue growth.
What can I expect day to day?
As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently to manage your own area of the market. You will operate within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. You will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target
- Mapping and developing key decision making
- Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities
- Ensuring that we are delivering on the commitments we have made to new businesses
- Understanding sector technology themes to provide analysis as a BD tool
- Executing a structured sales plan across a medium volume of companies
- Running your own events such as round tables
- Working with the delivery team to present high calibre candidates
- Collaborating with the delivery team to provide BD trigger points
