Our client is opening a stylish new Bar & Restaurant in the heart of London this November, and were looking for a vibrant, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team With a smart-casual atmosphere and seating for 150, this is the perfect chance to step up and help lead one of this exciting new venues.

As the Assistant Manager, youll play a hands-on role in maintaining high standards of service and supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service during the busy evening shifts.
You will assist with staff recruitment & training while helping to foster a motivated and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the daily running of the bar and restaurant
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and managing the front-of-house team
  • Help oversee the smooth opening and operation of the venue, ensuring top-notch service
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards in food, drink, and service quality
  • Handle customer queries and feedback, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Drive customer satisfaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere

What Were Looking For:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager role within a bar and restaurant setting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong outgoing personality
