Restaurant Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant to join our team at OPSO RESTAURANT. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and ensure a warm welcome
  • Process orders and deliver food in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Assist the manager with pre-opening and closing procedures
  • Accurately record transactions and manage stock
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
