About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Angler Restaurant, a Michelin-starred dining destination in the heart of London. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction, and contributing to the restaurant's success and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver unparalleled dining experiences
  • Ensure seamless service execution, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and control costs, inventory, and labor to optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions
  • Manage guest feedback, complaints, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and employment laws and regulations
