About the Role

Oita Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as HR duties, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and managing take-away platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage restaurant numbers and financial data.
  • Support in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
