About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious high-end personal shopping company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aftercare Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and maintaining the high standards our client is known for. The successful candidate will be based in Manchester City Centre, providing top-tier aftercare services to our discerning clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients post-purchase, ensuring all their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to check on client satisfaction and to handle any after-sales inquiries or issues.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve any client issues or complaints with a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the personal shopping team to ensure any client requests or feedback are communicated and acted upon.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company to provide informed assistance to clients.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
