About the Role:


As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in this rapidly growing company, which generated over £40million in its first full year and aims to double that next year. Incredibly, they've reached this figure without established Account Managers, and in this role, you'll manage a global customer base, build brand confidence, drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and support overall growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing training and gathering insights to understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to drive growth and manage high-value accounts, including overseeing budgets.
  • Conduct monthly KPI reviews with sellers to capitalise on upcoming events.


What they're Looking For:


  • Experience managing multi-million-pound key accounts in fast-paced sectors like events, ticketing, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts at scale.
  • Confidence in presenting to customers, attending industry events, and flexibility for occasional weekend work.
