This position is responsible for generating new revenue avenues within existing accounts, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and able to communicate the value of our services effectively. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to Account Management and strong collaboration with your account base.


Role Purpose:

  • Generate leads within existing accounts to expand portfolio
  • Effectively call clients to drive interest in other services
  • Manage existing client portfolio


Main Areas of Responsibility


Business Expansion and Growth:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for increasing wallet share in current clients
  • Identify new lines of revenue opportunities
  • Participate in additional projects and opportunities as directed by the Business Development Manager and Head of Sales


Communication:

  • Provide verbal and written communication about our products and services
  • Utilise social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, where appropriate
  • Handle incoming telephone and email inquiries from clients


Reporting:

  • Maintain records of all conversations to ensure effective follow-up and qualification of appropriate clients
  • Ensure attention to detail in all reporting
  • Monitor and record each conversation, providing management information both internally and externally
