Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and deductions.
  • Run the weekly & monthly Payroll ensuring all information is correct at the point of payment.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Send the agency hours off to the agency on the correct timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • Print P32’s for each company are submitted to the accounts department so payment can be made.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g. Sage)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
