Our client specialises in Waste Management, dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and deductions.
- Run the weekly & monthly Payroll ensuring all information is correct at the point of payment.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Send the agency hours off to the agency on the correct timesheets on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
- Print P32’s for each company are submitted to the accounts department so payment can be made.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g. Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
