You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver reliable, accurate, and effective payroll experiences for employees, managers, and HR professionals. Your work will drive the transformation of our HR technology, simplify processes, and enhance analytics insights. You will play a key role in optimizing and sustaining the ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud solutions, impacting over 260,000 employees worldwide.Job ResponsibilitiesRepresent the International Pay Product Team in day-to-day operationsOwn the end-to-end experience for stakeholders by understanding their needs and practicesCollect business requirements and translate them into a product backlogCraft user stories for technology teams, referencing AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, payroll interfaces, integrations, and reporting modulesPrioritize the product backlog and partner with teams for impact analysis and investment decisionsEnsure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of payroll platforms and processesDrive optimization and sustainment of ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud solutionsCollaborate with business users to write and execute test scenarios and casesIdentify solutions to business problems using data, process, and digital assetsCommunicate product vision and updates to stakeholdersMaintain accountability for product operations, technology, and dataRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience maintaining a product backlog and writing user stories and epicsUnderstanding of end-to-end payroll processes or implementation of ADP Global ViewAbility to write and execute test scenarios and cases with business usersSkill in identifying solutions using data, process, and digital assetsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage parallel tasksProactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethicWorking knowledge of Figma for designCustomer-focused mindset with empathy for end usersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience as a product owner in a global organizationFamiliarity with Oracle HCM payroll elements and integrationsExposure to AI agentic workflows and orchestration layersExperience with compensation modules and reportingTrack record of driving concepts to executionAbility to represent products to diverse stakeholdersPassion for creating frictionless, end-to-end experiencesWhy Join Us?Be part of a team leading the transformation of HR at JPMorgan Chase.
