As a Product Delivery Associate in the Work Data Product & Solutions team, you will work on the Space Reservations product suite, enabling seamless workspace and service reservations for employees. You will collaborate with technology teams and product owners to deliver business requirements following effective project management principles and Agile ceremonies. You will be an emerging member of the team, working across the organization to continuously deliver value and gain skills and experience to grow within your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute product roll-out and serve as the point of contact for help desk inquiries.
- Address stakeholder queries and enhance documentation in partnership with knowledge article authors.
- Manage business requirements across interconnected products and channels using project management principles and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with technology using Jira and Agile development to deliver against the product roadmap.
- Facilitate monthly production release cycles, addressing user impacts.
- Create stakeholder materials for senior management presentations.
- Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
- Contribute to change management activities across functional partners.
- Document adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Jira Align, and Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Comfort in dealing with senior executives.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes.
- Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks.
- Ability to connect the dots, anticipate issues, and identify trends to pre-empt the coming needs.
