As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in organized and time-bound way. As an innovator and out-of-the-box thinker, you will deliver data analytics solutions that help improve efficiency and enable growth.Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, feasibility decision-making, dependency management, delivery and product operationalizationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional partnersDemonstrates strong stakeholder focus and coordination across Operations, business, data, design, technology and testing teams.Identifies risks early and creates/executes mitigation plans proactively.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSeasoned experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of development lifecycle and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesProficient in requirements gathering with proven ability to suggest solutions with a techno-functional mindsetMust have experience in Agile/Scrum setupPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with data management/automation tools such as Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Databricks/ALTERYX and lifecycle tools such as JIRA/Confluence.Knowledge of modeling data and making sense out of vast amount of data entities and attributes within the context of Commercial and Investment Banking.About UsJ.P.
