As a Product Associate in the International Pay team within HR Global Operations, you will drive the evolution and sustainment of our global payroll platforms and processes. You will play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end experience for employees, managers, and HR professionals worldwide. Your work will directly impact the reliability and effectiveness of payroll operations for over 260,000 employees globally.
Craft user stories for technology teams, referencing AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and payroll integrations
Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of payroll platforms and integrations
Identify solutions to business challenges using data, process, and digital assets
Maintain and optimize the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCM
Experience in payroll or as a product owner in a global organization
Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes or experience implementing ADP Global View
Skill in identifying solutions using data, process, and digital tools
Experience with AI agentic workflows in payroll or HR technology
Familiarity with Oracle HCM payroll elements, integrations, and reporting modules
Experience with orchestration layers and payroll interface solutions
Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation programs
Knowledge of global payroll compliance and best practices
Experience working in agile, product-driven environments
