We’re looking for a Route to Market and Schedule Administrator to join our Supply Chain team at Co-op.

In this role you’ll help us to make sure our shelves are always full of the products our customers and members love most, by setting up delivery schedules for vendors delivering into our depots and outbound to our retail locations. We’ll look to you to work collaboratively with key partners across the business and externally to make sure that scheduling information is accurate and received on time.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and gain great exposure within our Supply Chain, and your work will be pivotal in the smooth running of our retail operation. We’ll also provide training on SAP, a highly sought-after skill, to facilitate your growth.

**What you’ll do**
- Link in with colleagues and external partners across the Supply Chain to understand operational forecasting and planning of store deliveries, acquisitions, refits and closures
- Analyse multiple complex data sets
- Make sure that data inputted into the system is accurate the first time, every time
- Engage internal business partners to provide up to date and accurate information to feed into two management systems
- Support and govern data on a number of big retail projects
- Resolve queries via our internal support HEAT system
- Act as an ambassador for Supply Chain and get involved in colleague voice / colleague networking activities

**This role will suit people who have**
- Great relationship building skills with a confident and engaging approach
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse a variety of large data sources and draw out insight (you can confidently use VLOOKUPs, SUM Ifs, Count IFs)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience of working in an ever-changing environment like ours
