We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to strengthen our Administration team based at our Head Office in Trafford Park, Manchester.

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting the Pre Construction Director and Estimating Team
- Pre-Construction Administration - Booking in of Tenders and Maintaining Tender Register
- Review of Tender Documentation
- Completion of RFs and PQQs
- Completion of Supply Chain Questionnaires
- Navigating and maintaining the tender library
- Managing company information on tendering portals
- Administration to Preconstruction Departments
- Creation of CVs
- Creation of Case Studies with assistance from Operations
- Document formatting
- Managing accreditations and memberships making sure all company information is updated.
- Working with PR Company to provide information for PR and Social Media updates
- Social media updates (when required)
- Advert design for marketing (when required)
- Creation of award submissions
- Assistance with event planning
- General administration and assistance to all departments when required.
- Sourcing and ordering of marketing/promotional materials
- Arranging site photography when required

Skills, Experience and Personal Qualities
- Computer literate, competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good standard of general education (GCSE Maths & English, Grade C and above or equivalent).
- Self-motivated, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work using their initiative, but also able to work as part of a small busy team, working under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
- Accurate and numerate.
- Good telephone manner.
