Investigo are working with a private equity backed property company based in Central London to recruit an accounts receivable assistant into their team. This is a core and necessary function of accounts receivable, ensuring all receivables related transactionsare recorded accurately on the AR ledger.
This includes invoices and credit notes from two billing systems as well as inbound bank receipts. Another key element of the role is direct debit related administration, ensuring new clients are setup on time and providing a layer of cover for running DD proposals.The person joining the team must thrive in an evolving environment and demonstrate a desire to drive change.
The organisation values internal progression and currently operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocating all incoming receipts for all TOG entities and related parties
- Allocation of stripe payments from services billing system
- Transferring invoicing data to accounting system from two billing systems
- Performing internal allocations and movements, ledger clean up duties
- Flagging any data inaccuracies to the AR Supervisor/tech team
- Setting up new Direct Debits both with the bank and on accounting system
- Adhoc tasks to support the Accounts Receivable Manager and Accounts Receivable Supervisor
- Assisting the Client Debt Manager where required
- Assisting to produce policies and procedure manuals

Person Specification
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
- 1 year or more Accounts Receivable experience
- Previous experience in a volume driven receivables function
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce (desirable)
- Commercial acumen and be capable of thinking in big picture terms not just the detail
