**Accounts Assistant** - TOG/STK**
**Mission**: _Implements local tasks within the Administration area in the business units._
- Ensures the correct functioning and compliance with procedures in the business units, implementing the tasks delegated by the Business Partner in the Operations Centre._
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Implements the tasks assigned related to compliance with hotel management rules, processes and procedures.
- Assists with internal audits.
- Carried out the daily cash control procedures in the hotel. In hotels served by MHS, implements internal controls in the hotel that cannot be relocated due to the fact that they have a face-to-face component or a need for relationships with other colleagues in the hotel. For example: review of the invoicing of no-shows, controls associated with the loyalty programme, cash counts, control of access to systems, matching rooms with the number of guests, control of the payment gateway, etc.
- Performs cost control duties in the hotel. In hotels served by MHS, implements internal cost controls in the hotel that cannot be relocated due to the fact that they have a face-to-face component or a need for relationships with other colleagues in the hotel. For example: inventory spot checks, food cost breakdowns, consumption analysis, control of contracts with third parties, etc.
- Implements processes (payments, accounting, etc.) based on the standards defined (except for those that have been transferred to MHS).
What we are looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, Forecasting.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
