**Job Summary**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People team as a Reward Specialist. The People Team plays a key role at Cazoo, growing and retaining our employees, supporting our managers and ensuring a world class employee experience. As a Reward Specialist you will play a pivotal role to support our reward function to deliver a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy across the business.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support with the Company's employee share award schemes, from issuing new grants to system maintenance and reporting.
- Act in a customer service capacity, dealing with incoming shareholder / participant enquiries on employee or shareholder equity and shareholdings.
- Develop effective communication and promotional material, as well as providing training to employees on our different share schemes.
- Carry out share sale transactions for employees, ensuring correct recording.
- Review and reconcile monthly share reports using our share plan software (Equiniti), working with the Finance department to ensure that share plan reporting and accounting is correct, and also with our Payroll team to ensure appropriate payroll disclosures.
- Calculate and publish the requirements as in line with Gender pay gap reporting.
- Conduct role benchmarking exercises in line with external data and our internal philosophy.
- Career architecture maintenance and changes.
- Provide benefit support for renewals and day to day activities.
- Be one of the main participants in our end of year cycle and activities.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Previous experience of working within a Reward / HR operations roles.
- Experience of supporting global share schemes within a public company is desirable.
- Advanced excel expertise.
- Comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Highly numerate, with a keen attention to detail.
- Team player and strong team contributor.
- Experience using GSuite (Desirable).
- Always keen to learn
