Rewards Specialist

A top UK law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Rewards Specialist to join their team in this newly created position. The role has the flexibility to be predominately home-based working.
As a Reward Specialist, you will assist in the delivery of their reward strategy through implementation and management of programmes and project initiatives. Together with the Reward Manager, you will act as a ‘centre of expertise’, providing advice andguidance to colleagues and the business on reward.
The key duties will include:
- Supporting the annual salary and exceptional award review processes to inform pay strategy; by implementing the annual cycle process, from input and analysis of salary surveys, benchmark data and guidance, through the outcomes reflected in payroll.
- Managing and executing all exceptional awards and incentive schemes.
- Supporting and delivering ad hoc reward and wider people team projects.
- Building and maintaining relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that there is good governance around rewards practices.
- Providing up to date insight on market developments to ensure the reward programme remains progressive, engaging, valued, competitive and legally complaint.
- Leading the flexible benefits renewals, managing relationships with 3 rd party providers.
The successful applicant will have gained the following skills and experience:
- A self-starter with a credible and proven track record of success within rewards - previous experience in the same or similar role.
- Very good interpersonal skills - able to establish credibility and build relationships at all levels of seniority.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- An interest in reward innovation, engagement and people experience.
