Hyde is looking to recruit a Reward Specialist.

The Reward specialist will lead and manage the Reward team, in addition to providing specialist reward advice to the business and supporting in the design, development and implementation of Hyde’s reward, wellbeing, recognition and pay strategies to ensurealignment to business objectives.
Duties
- Evaluate and recommend a reward package to new job roles using the Willis Towers Watson Grading System and WTW General Industry Survey
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommend revisions to compete with market trends.
- Develop reward and pay strategies in line with Hyde’s strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Manage the Reward budget ensuring spend is in line with budget;
- Oversee dealings with 'outsource partners’ ensuring they are efficient and that the customer receives speedy and well delivered resolutions.
- Lead on the management of Hyde’s benefit providers, ensuring an effective and engaging mix of benefits are provided to promote Hyde as an employer of choice.
- Producing benefits related communications, presenting the annual flexible benefits roadshows
- Acting as a point of contact for reward expert advice and governance, resolving complex issues and recommending solutions and best practices
- Producing regular analysis of salary, total compensation and benefits position against the market to ensure senior management have insight to inform decision-making
- Participating in or leading (as appropriate) job evaluation assessments
- Undertaking salary benchmarking and calibration of roles for restructures and in-year salary increase requests;
- Establish an agreed KPI scorecard for the Reward team and ensure delivery to the agreed KPIs;
- Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of innovative Reward practices within the market to adopt best practices
Essential Skills and Experience
- Reward & industry benchmarking experience
- Knowledge of the Willis Towers Watson General Industry Survey job evaluation process
- Team management experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Relationship management skills at all levels across the business
- Ability to interpret and convey complex and challenging reward information to a variety of audiences
