Your Mission: As a Rewards Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind an electrifying total rewards strategy that aligns with our client's values and propels their mission to attract, retain, and energize top talent. Key Responsibilities:

About You:
- Seasoned Expert: Bring 6+ years of Total Rewards experience, ideally within the tech or product-led sectors.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrate an ability to analyze business needs, devise strategic solutions, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Global Navigator: Possess experience working across diverse countries and jurisdictions; knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws is a bonus.
- Project Leader: Showcase your success in managing complex, global initiatives with a flair for Agile methodologies.
- Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Exhibit exceptional conflict management, negotiation, and influencing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Data Savvy: Leverage familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other data analytics tools to drive strategic decisions.
