About the Team 

We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward to join our dynamic and high-performing People team, supporting Kambi's continued global growth. You will become part of a collaborative team of approximately 25 professionals worldwide, dedicated to delivering exceptional people solutions across the organization. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the CPO, this pivotal appointment is the first dedicated hire within the Reward function. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive global total reward strategy from the ground up. Operating as a standalone specialist, you will work closely with the global People team and senior leadership to establish frameworks that align with Kambi's business objectives and culture. We work on a hybrid basis and are currently based in Hammersmith but we are moving to a brand new office in the Waterloo area around May 2026. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will lead the development and execution of a total compensation strategy, including but not limited to: 

Global pay philosophy: addressing current and future needs to attract and retain talent, balanced with full reward offerings Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures across all regions. Bonus Schemes Realignment: Review and optimise the company commission and bonus plans to align with performance and business goals. Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): Design and propose a LTIP to drive engagement and retention of key talent, for Exec and Board buy in and subsequent roll out.  Manage the current share scheme: refining the process as applicable Global Benefits Standardisation: Harmonise benefits offerings globally to ensure fairness and compliance. Job Architecture & Levelling: Design and implement a company-wide job levelling framework to ensure consistency and transparency. Personal milestone celebrations: review and propose globally consistent approach for all personal celebrations 

What we're looking for 

Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in senior reward roles, ideally within global organisations. LTIP and bonus Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing bonus scheme and long-term incentive programs. Strategic & Operational Agility: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines. Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Growth Mindset: A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
