What's the position?

We're looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join the People Team, responsible for performing payroll, compensation, benefits and savings programs administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-jurisdictional and international payroll, along with solid administration skills. If you have passion in the Payroll/Rewards area and provide exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

You will:

  • Responsible for supporting of processing International and U.S. (when needed) full cycle payrolls to ensure accurate payment and recording of earnings, wage classification and compliance with government regulations.

  • Ensure compliance and data integrity of payroll calculations and time and attendance records.

  • Ensures and maintains compliance with applicable payroll legislation.

  • Executes time and attendance validations.

  • Deliver superior customer service to both staff and external vendors, escalating benefits and payroll issues where required.

  • Validate Record of Employment submissions.

  • Answering employee inquiries and acting as a liaison between employee and provider.

  • Processing of new hires, terminations, LOAs.

  • Prepares third party reporting requirements.

  • Support Year-end activities.

  • Support with administering & communicating reward and benefit programs.

  • Support compensation analysis in partnership with the business to support ongoing talent acquisition and organizational design requirements

  • Assist in completing external HR surveys and prepare analysis.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ensure compliance and data integrity of payroll calculations and time and attendance records.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years related payroll experience with International payrolls.

  • Proficient in using an HRIS system in particularly ADP and HiBob, as well as Microsoft Office, e.g: Excel, Word, Teams Slack, etc.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems and issues.

  • Strong technical skills; super-user ability/understanding of an integrated database system/HRIS.

  • Self motivated, team player, able to work well under pressure.

  • Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
