Rede people Our senior management team is comprised of industry experts, each with a wealth of knowledge and experience in their given fields.

Based in New York, Alexandra is Rede's Head of Americas and is co-Head of Rede's Global Coverage team. She is responsible for the overall development of Rede's Americas business, oversight and management of Rede's LP coverage activities across North and South America, and strategic oversight of Rede's activities within Private Credit. Alexandra is also responsible for coverage of key North American LPs.

Alexandra has 16 years of experience in institutional LP relationship cultivation as well as GP origination.

Adam co-founded Rede Partners in 2011 alongside Scott Church. Under Adam's leadership, Rede has raised more than $120 billion on behalf of clients and across primary fundraising, GP-led secondary transactions and strategic advisory consulting projects.

As CEO, Adam is responsible for Rede's strategic direction. He is also the global head of Rede's Advisory team, providing trusted strategic advice to Rede's GP clients and overseeing the preparation and roll-out of all Rede's primary fundraising engagements.

Alexandra Bazarewski Partner and Head of Americas Co-Head of Global Coverage

Ian is a Partner at Rede. Based in New York, he leads Rede's Americas Advisory team and oversees the preparation and roll-out of all North American fundraising engagements.

With over 14 years' private equity and alternative investments experience, Ian has advised a broad range of private equity firms in both North America and Europe.

Scott is a co-founder of Rede Partners and is based in New York. As a Senior Partner he manages key relationships with GPs and LPs across the globe, and also plays a key role in the strategic leadership of the firm.

Scott has over 25 years' institutional sales and origination experience across private equity and debt capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to over 150 fundraising assignments representing over $150 billion in aggregate funds raised.

James is a Partner and Head of Middle East, He is a senior member of Rede's global Investor Coverage team. James joined Rede in 2017 and has played a key role in many of Rede's highest profile fundraisings.

Over his 15 year career in private markets he has built deep and trusted relationships with institutional investors offering strategic and investor-focused advice to LP clients and leveraging deep knowledge and strong relationships across the Middle East and Europe.

Charles, Partner and Head of Asia, is a senior member of Rede's global Investor Coverage team and leads Rede's activities in Asia.

To date, Rede has raised over €12bn from investors in the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining Rede in 2022 Charles has been instrumental in driving Rede's Asia-Pacific presence and has built a team of seven professionals covering all key geographies across the region. Before joining Rede, Charles was a Partner at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, co-leading Asian advisory and investor coverage.

Magnus is a Partner and Rede's global co-head of Capital Solutions, advising clients on a wide range of GP-led secondaries transactions. He oversees Rede's Transactions team, advising clients on creative re-investment and fund finance solutions including continuation vehicles, single asset transfers, strip sales, minority equity direct transactions, GP-led LP tender offers, NAV financing facilities and GP equity and debt financings.

Magnus is also the Partner responsible for strategic oversight of Rede's Operations team.

Kristina is a Partner and Co-heads Rede's Coverage team globally. Kristina is responsible for the leadership and management of Rede's LP Coverage team as well as liaising with and advising Rede's GP clients. She also covers key European LPs and is responsible for strategic oversight of Rede's activities in the Asia-Pacific region and within the Impact / Sustainability sector.

Kristina has 14 years of private equity and financial markets experience.

Role overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, and hardworking Payroll and Reward Manager to join our

London Office. We pride ourselves on our high standards and peerless execution, and this role will

work directly alongside the CPO and CFO on the implementation of the firm's reward strategy, payroll

and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a naturally high attention to detail and approach all interactions (both

internal and external) with professionalism, discretion and maturity. For key responsibilities, please see

the section below. In addition, this role provides a varied day to day schedule and comes with excellent

employee benefits (including 23 days of annual leave plus Christmas closure).

The ideal candidate will be organised, socially confident and have a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

Primary responsibilities (not limited to…)

 Day-to-day payroll and reward responsibilities across all Rede office locations (currently London, Amsterdam, New York, LA and Hong Kong)

 HR data collection and management including personnel forecasting and regular board reporting, including employee costs and run rate

 Global benefits administration for employees and Partners and main point of contact for external providers

 Management of the global pension scheme and high earner alternatives

 Support compensation benchmarking process and initial proposals for employee compensation reviews

 First point of contact for compensation and benefits employee queries

 Data insight reporting – tracking and analysing trends in reports and dashboards

 Strategic people cost and growth planning

 Maintain accurate records and work with external auditors and / or regulators as required

 Serving as anchor to all the firm's HR operations activities and employee lifecycle processing for compensation and payroll

 Ad hoc responsibilities as required reflective of working in a small HR team

Key competencies

 High level of attention to detail required across all materials

 Highly organised, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

 Team orientated and ability to work well across different functions and with multiple stakeholders

 High level of verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages a plus)

 Proven ability to communicate through using data in a thoughtful and succinct way

 Experience of working in PowerPoint and Word essential

Experience

 5+ years of relevant HR operational experience

 Experience of working in a small or midsized financial services firm (private equity ideal) preferred

 In-depth command of payroll processing and auditing and taxation practices in the UK and US a must, and in Hong-Kong and / or Netherlands preferred

 Solid understanding of benefits practices is important

 Ability to own the firm's payroll function, in partnership with professional employer organisations (PEOs), for a population size of approximately 130+ employees globally
