Your new role
As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you'll take ownership of the monthly payroll cycle and support a range of payroll-related tasks. You'll be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining employee records, and contributing to wider initiatives including onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing
Preparing and validating payroll data including bonuses, commissions, and expenses
Maintaining accurate records
Administering employee benefits and responding to payroll queries

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of UK payroll processes and statutory requirements, along with experience handling sensitive data and working with payroll systems. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
