HRLife are working with a people centric, diverse business to recruit a Reward Specialist supporting the UK and EMEA. Working in a small team, you will have previous reward experience looking for a new challenge where you can add value and work closely withstakeholders.

Working closely with managers, you will provide a comprehensive, commercial and competitive reward offering that attracts, retains and engages employees whilst building great relationships, influencing and challenging managers as you provide support on allannual reward activity.

**Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Supporting the Head of Reward to effectively deliver all areas of the Reward Strategy, with a particular focus on compensation
- Working with the Reward Manager and Head of Reward to process the annual salary and bonus review across the EMEA region
- Ensuring the compensation information stored in the HR database is accurate
- Coordinating all external benchmarking survey participation across EMEA
- Consolidating and analysing the benchmarking data across EMEA, including supporting the HR Business Partners with any related queries
- Developing and distributing engaging reward communications and presenting all trends and data into an easy to read format
- Providing Reward reports as required to enable the business decision making
- Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc project work, i.e. M&A activity
- Consulting with the wider HR team on any compensation queries
- Supporting the Reward team on EMEA benefit projects and ongoing business as usual as required
