**Hyde is looking to recruit a Reward and Wellbeing Specialist.**

Hyde is one of the UK's largest housing providers, working across London and the South East. At Hyde we are passionate about rewarding and supporting our employees, we have received Industry awards for our wellbeing programme. The Reward and Wellbeing Specialistprovides advice to the business, supporting in the design, development and implementation of Hyde's reward, wellbeing, recognition and pay strategies.

**Duties**
- Design and execute compensation strategies that compliment Hyde's growth plans and reward and recognition philosophies
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; recommending plan revisions, as well as conceiving new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objective
- Design and implementation of the annual flexible benefits roadshows
- Producing regular analysis of salary, total compensation and benefits position against the market to ensure senior management have the correct data to inform decision-making
- Undertaking salary benchmarking and calibration of roles for restructures and in-year salary increase requests using the Willis Towers Watson Grading System and WTW General Industry Survey
- Day to day management of the team.
- Manage all benefits programmes including compliance and administration related to pension.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Reward benchmarking experience
- Knowledge of the Willis Towers Watson General Industry Survey job evaluation process
- Flexible Benefits experience
- Team management experience
- An understanding of wellbeing initiatives
