**Role Overview**

As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of our clients—engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information, gather feedback, and support marketing campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone with great communication skills who is eager to kick-start a career in marketing and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage customers, share promotional offers, and gather responses
- Represent client brands professionally and positively during each interaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM software
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives
- Assist with customer surveys, lead generation, and appointment booking
- Resolve basic enquiries or direct customers to the appropriate team
- Meet daily call targets and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle objections professionally
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales environment is a bonus but not essential
- A genuine interest in marketing, communications, or customer engagement

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
