Buildots is on a mission to streamline construction using the power of data.
The company has developed software that analyses video captures taken from hardhat mounted 360deg cameras during regular site walks. Data is then systematically analysed and compared to design & schedule. The result is accurate, high-resolution, and objective data that allows the site team to better manage their construction work in real-time.

**Role Description**:
At Buildots we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our services.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
This position will be part of Buildots Sales team and will be focused on prospecting new accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent our company’s product, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets and KPI’s
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices and be a part of the creation of our outbound procedures that will help grow the organisation
- Report to a regional manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
- Utilize the companies sales tech stack: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Dialpad
**Experience and Skills**:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR/BDR
- Strong desire and ability to achieve targets
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Advantage: Proficiency with Salesforce
- Good vibes and a sense of humour - must
