Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Development Representative (HealthTech SaaS)Location: London (Hybrid typically 1 day per week in office commutable distance required)Salary: Up to 45000 base OTE (c.50000)About the RoleWere looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team in the HealthTech sector. This is a high-energy outbound-focused role where youll be responsible for building pipeline booking meetings and helping drive adoption of cutting-edge clinical trials technology.Youll work closely with sales and marketing contributing to outreach campaigns qualifying opportunities and playing a pivotal role in scaling revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect into pharma biotech and CROs using outbound campaigns.Run cold calls email sequences and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify leads and book demos for Account Executives and Sales Leads.Work closely with marketing on event follow-up and campaign activity.Keep CRM (HubSpot) data clean and accurate.Hit weekly activity KPIs across outreach and qualified opportunities.What Were Looking For24 years experience in SDR or outbound SaaS sales ideally in healthtechProven track record booking meetings and hitting KPIs.Strong communication skills written and verbal.Comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment where things move fast.Familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot Slack Apollo Sales Navigator.Tech-savvy and adaptable (Apple/Mac environment).Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role.Whats on OfferUp to 45000 base salary 50000 OTE.28 days annual leave (incl. statutory).Hybrid working typically 1 day per week in London office.Flexible supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to progress quickly into Account Executive.Be part of a mission-driven team making clinical trials faster and more successful.
