An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced
SDR Manager
to take charge of a high-performing sales development team within a global financial data and technology business. With over 100 employees worldwide and a growing presence in London, the company is expanding its Sales Development function and seeking a coach-driven manager to scale the team and drive growth.
This is a chance to join a fast-moving, international organisation with a strong reputation in financial services — and play a key role in developing the next generation of sales talent.
The Role
In this hybrid London-based role, you'll lead a team of 8 SDRs, coaching them from entry level through to promotion. You'll design and deliver onboarding, training, and development programmes, while driving outbound campaigns across global financial institutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of 8 SDRs
- Running structured onboarding and ongoing training programmes
- Supporting the team on outbound sales campaigns, cold calling, and objection handling
- Driving performance against KPIs and reporting pipeline metrics to senior leadership
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and account management to align strategy
- Playing a key role in shaping culture, motivation, and progression within the SDR function
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience coaching or managing SDRs
- 1–2 years' experience across the full sales cycle
- Strong communicator with a people-first, coaching-led leadership style
- Background in financial content, FinTech, or B2B SaaS (preferred)
- Experience targeting financial institutions on a global scale
- Analytical mindset with strong KPI and data fluency
- Degree-level education (2:1 or higher in Business, Economics, Politics, or similar)
- Passion for financial markets and current affairs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: £45,000–£55,000
- Year 1 OTE: £60,000 (team-target commission structure + promotion incentives)
- Hybrid working (3–4 days per week in the London office)
