Temporary Executive Assistant

If so, this could be the ideal temporary role for you Working for the CEO of this large, publiccompany, you will be an exceptionally professional, organised and efficient individual with strong coordination skills and a confident, can-do attitude. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing a wide range of activities and being both detail-orientated andpeople-focused, you could be the newest addition to our Client’s lovely team.
As this is a new position to the business, the role will be ongoing for the time being and the hope is for it to become permanent long term.
Temporary Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive, high quality administrative and practical support to the CEO and SLT
- Coordinate and minute-take SLT meetings and other allocated internal and external meetings
- Ensure the CEO is in the correct place at the correct time, with all relevant papers, briefings and prep time ahead of time
- Plan, coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule and act as a ‘filter’ to ensure the CEO’s time is used productively, proactively influencing and making strategic decisions regarding the best use of the CEO’s time
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO, SLT, internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure the CEO and other relevant individuals are kept up to date with key issues within the charity, sector and local area

Temporary Executive Assistant Requirements
- Previous effective experience as an Executive Assistant to a busy Senior Executive
- Experienced p
- roducing high quality papers and minutes
- Trustworthy and discreet, with experience of dealing with sensitive information and acting with solid judgement and care
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail, accurate spelling and good writing, proofing and editing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good understanding of different audiences and stakeholders and the ability to liaise positively and professionally
- Capable of developing, maintaining and reviewing administration systems to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ability to work within budgets and minimise costs
- IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems
- A good understanding of safeguarding and sensitive issues.
- Enjoy working in a creative, very fast paced environment
- Pro-active, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with high levels of initiative and independence
The Location
Our client is based in East Oxfordshire. This is a hybrid working opportunity with access to limited onsite parking.
