Are you a confident and motivated professional with a strong accounts background?

We want you to join our fantastic client as their newest Temporary Fulfilment Executive. You will help to ensure financial and operational excellence within a fast-paced but friendly team.

**Temporary Fulfilment Executive Responsibilities**

You will be supporting the Head of Fulfilment and managing all Registry activity. Some of your duties will include:

- Prepare project buy side transactions
- Prepare wholesale sell side transactions
- Onboard counterparties
- Complete credit reconciliations
- Run KYC (Know Your Customer) checks
- Gather approvals
- Contract and manage trade documentation through to carbon credit delivery, invoice processing and registry management / retirement of credits

**Temporary Fulfilment Executive Experience**

You will be a solutions-focused team player with a curiosity to learn. You will also demonstrate:

- Professional finance experience
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proved ability to work with systems and extract systems data for analysis within Excel
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- A process-driven and detail orientated approach
- Efficiency, quick to learn ad motivated to work independently
- Understanding of carbon markets is desirable but not essential.

**Location**

Our client’s head office is based in East Oxford, where parking is sadly not available, though close to public transport links. There is potential for this opportunity to be off-site.
