Business Support Officer

Crysp is a rapidly expanding digital and physical compliance company operating nationally across various sectors. With offices located in Salts Mill, Saltaire, and London, we cater to clients in education, property management, construction, retail, and renewable energy industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage general office administration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to oversee digital platform administration for client accounts.
- Provide support to clients utilising the digital platform.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Manage diaries and arrange appointments, travel, and accommodation for the operations team.
- Maintain company social media accounts
- Digital account management
- Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/One Drive, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Previous experience in office management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Capacity to handle confidential information.
- Proficient record-keeping skills.
Work Location: Variable, with work primarily based in Saltaire and opportunities for remote work.
**Salary**: 22.5k Full time, part-time available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
