As the new Business Administrator, you will be supporting the new Service Manager in the provision of administrative support such as human resources, training and compliance, rostering of staff and bookkeeping.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and committed full-time permanent Business Administrator to join our new site at Shipley. You will have the values, passion, and determination in

It can be quite challenging at times, but the rewards are truly amazing to see our residents improving with the support we provide

Ideally, our new Business Administrator should have a business administration qualification, and experience in a customer service/office environment and bookkeeping. Working in social care would be a definite bonus. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Sharepoint and be willing to learn new software.

**Working Hours**

The role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week working flexibly.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Your main focus will be to provide administrative support primarily to the Service Manager and to the wider business. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting the service manager with administration duties and work within CQC regulations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a friendly and sensitive manner
- Processing and maintaining HR files mainly employee starter, leavers and training information
- Managing rotas or shift planning
- Bookkeeping
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments accordingly
- Accurately managing petty cash, general finance and stock taking
- Dealing with tenants of the service
- Adhering to health and safety procedures, safe working practices and general data protection procedures

- Be computer literate, including having the ability to work on Microsoft Office products
- Be proactive, friendly, enthusiastic, have the ability to prioritise and have initiative
