Project Support Officer

We are seeking a project support officer to join our team to help deliver key projects. The successful applicant will be able to manage their own workload and work independently as well as within a team.
The role involves:
- Working with key stakeholders to support the PSIRF implementation programme
- Managing various task & finish group and ensuring progress and achievements are monitored and proactively shared into the main PSIRF implementation group
- Working with the programme lead and senior responsible officer to develop the implementation plan and provide a monitoring function
- Support the central co-ordination of the implementation group
- Provide project and administration support for each work stream as required and the PSIRF implementation Group
- Supporting stakeholder engagement with coordinated communications
- Facilitating the flow of update and progress information between work streams and the implementation group
- Supporting the preparation of regular progress updates for relevant meetings and Quality and Safety Committee
- Liaising with relevant related agencies such as the NHS England Patient Safety team, the CCG/ICS and other provider Patient Safety Specialist groups
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience of managing/supporting complex organisation wide projects
- Can collate and develop complex information and provide accessible reports
- Are confident and have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Can manage challenging situations and difficult conversations with integrity, sensitivity and professionalism
- Can build effective working relationships and work to tight and pressured deadlines
- Are motivated and have a positive, proactive and innovative approach
- Are extremely well organised and can work without direct supervision
