Closing - 21st November 2024 Shortlisting - 22nd November 2024 Interview - 29th November 2024 The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) Bradford is an early intervention and preventative emotional wellbeing & mental health service for children and young people, delivered within education settings. MHSTs are part of a national government initiative to increase accessibility to mental health support for under 18s. MHST Bradford has been operational since 2019 and has been growing in staff capacity and coverage of education settings year on year. As a new service that has been growing and evolving, the MHST have identified several project workstreams to assist with the development and delivery of the teams. Part of the project work will be to design to enhance identified systems and processes that already exist within the MHST, as well as to work alongside the clinical lead/programme lead and implementation group with projects associated withthe new business case and expansion plans for the MHST. This work will require a significant amount of planning, reporting, outcome management and delivery resource with support and direction from the clinical lead/programme lead and implementation group.
