We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to work with the friendly and supportive operations team. You will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control. This role will be based at our Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre.

Hours of Work - 08.00 - 17.00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
- Daily routing of orders using the transport management system
- Allocating and releasing orders
- Physically counting and investigating stock queries

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand computerised Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to external and internal clients
- Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word)
- Experience working within an office environment
- An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics
- Driven and self-motivated
- Good time management skills
- Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
- Team Player
