**About the Role**:
Seafast is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in Felixstowe. This role involves overseeing stock levels, conducting counts, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct stock counts across various on-site environments.
- Obtain and maintain MHE licenses for stock counting tasks.
- Perform cycle counts and update WMS stock quantities.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily stock control tasks.
- Support department administration and maintain good communication.
- Assist with day-to-day business activities as needed.
- Investigate stock errors and report findings.
- Maintain department records and databases.
- Monitor customer stock needs and availability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong drive to see tasks through to completion
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in both office and warehouse environments
- Understanding of warehousing and supply chain processes
- Good time management skills
- Adaptability, drive, and a proactive approach
